Despite the incredible opportunities existing in the Charleston Real Estate market, there was a major lack of information available to educate potential buyers and sellers. Real Estate agents are normally happy to discuss the market but not everybody has the time for meetings. Finally, somebody came up with a solution…

Seth Siegler, an associate Broker at Prudential, saw the need for an all inclusive website that remained completely unbiased in its information. Seth explained: “We needed a powerful resource that people could use to actively shop and research the Charleston Real Estate market. We needed something that could be accessed any time of the day, from any place in the world.”

After a meeting with the good people at GT3 Creative, a plan was created and months later, our idea was born. www.ShopCharlestonRealEstate.com was given life and shopping for Charleston Real Estate will never be the same again. Buyers and sellers can shop and learn at their leisure.

Today the website is run by Seth Siegler and powered by Prudential and GT3 Creative. We can service any area of Charleston and are always here to answer any type of question that may arise.
